Week of Rest

Have had an easy post race training week; couple bike rides, couple swim sessions and a short run.  As a matter of fact the next three weeks are going to be compartively easy.  The idea and plan has been to build through the spring for the Liberty Half, execute a good race and then rest for three weeks before building back up for The Chisago Half Iron at the end of July.  And then one last build for Ironman Wisconsin in September! 

Last night we knocked off a fun 30 mile ride with some of the gang from the Gear West Tri Club...Great group!  

I received a nice note of encouragement from my sister and brother in law (Lynn & Jeff) along with a very generous sponsorship to the Kenya Childrens Fund.  Thank you so much for your support it means a lot!
